Chatham downed Madison, 74-48, and No. 11 Morris Catholic topped Montville 80-53 on Valentine’s Day to advance to the 2026 Morris County Boys Basketball Tournament championship game.

Ryan Leach led three players in double-digits for Chatham, and the Cougars knocked down 14 three-point baskets as a team.  Leach scored 21 points, followed by Nick Fabijanic and Jalen Forehan-Kelly, who had 10 and 11 points, respectively, for Chatham.

Cameron White led four Morris Catholic players in double-figures scoring with 16 points.  Donnie Gregory, Chrystian Grubbs, and Austin Workman were the other three Crusader athletes to reach double digits, scoring 13, 12, and 14 points, respectively, for Morris Catholic.

Joey Beyer recorded a double-double for Montville with 12 points and 12 rebounds, and was one of three Mustangs to reach double-figures in scoring.  Chris Ferrare led the Mustang scoring charge with 20 points, while Eddie Camaj added an additional 12 points for Montville.

Morris Catholic and Chatham will meet for the Morris County title on Feb. 21 in Jack Martin Gymnasium at the County College of Morris.
