For many veterans, the journey home can come with challenges that extend far beyond their time in service. Our next guest has spent more than a decade listening to those stories and working to bring them to life in a powerful new way.

Actress, advocate, and survivor Lisa Regina has spent over 12 years documenting interviews with veterans, adapting their real-life experiences into a dramatic television series currently in development called Heroic Episodes. The project, executive produced by Joe Mantegna, aims not only to tell authentic veteran stories, but also to create real opportunities for veterans and young people through its production.

Lisa is also the founder of A Write to Heal, which provides programs including drone training for veterans.
