Maddie Hughes and Mia Benfatti also scored for Roxbury. Hughes netted two goals, while Benfatti added one for the Gaels. Julie Capko led Roxbury in assists with two helpers.
With the win, Roxbury improves to 2-3-1 on the season and will next host No. 15 Morris Knolls on Monday, while with the loss, Ridge falls to 3-5-1 and will travel to Montgomery on Wednesday.
