Boonton Softball vs. Whippany Park - 4.10.2026

The Whippany Park softball team wreaked havoc on the base paths, stealing six bases en route to a 17-2 5-inning, run-rule victory at Boonton on April 10, 2026.

Jaeden Antonelli and Julia Beers each had two hits for the Wildcats, with Antonelli adding a run and two RBIs and Beers adding two runs and an RBI.  Mariah Amoresano recorded a pinch-hit double, three RBIs, and a run for Whippany Park.

Aubrey Roberts started in the circle for the Wildcats, scattering two hits, allowing only one run while striking out one over two innings of work.  Michaella Metz pitched the final three innings for Whippany Park.

Jacquelynn Kondroski went 2-2 at the plate, and Hailey Ackerman and Lexi Laubshire scored the Bombers’ two runs to lead the Boonton offense.

Kondroski started in the circle for Boonton, striking out 11 over a full game of work. 

Whippany Park improves to 4-1 on the young season and will next face Vernon and Morris Hills Saturday at the Randolph Varsity Challenge Tournament, while Boonton falls to 2-3 and will travel to Morristown on Monday to face Morristown-Beard.
