Explore New Jersey’s Top Upcoming Health and Wellness Fairs

New Jersey is hosting various health and fitness fairs this spring and early summer, offering residents numerous opportunities to engage in activities and access resources to enhance their well-being throughout May and June.

Bring Health Home – Burlington County

Friday, May 9, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., the Burlington County Library and Amphitheater are hosting the “Bring Health Home” fair. This free event features health screenings, fitness classes, food trucks, and resources for housing and utility assistance. Attendees can also participate in raffles for exciting prizes.

3rd Annual Health & Wellness Festival – Haddonfield

Saturday, May 10, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., King’s Highway, located in Haddonfield. Part of the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign, this festival offers free health screenings, free fitness classes and a sensory-free kid zone.

Our Community, Our Health, Our Wellness Fair – Newark

Happening Saturday, May 17, starting at 11 a.m., Central High School is hosting an event that focuses on community health education and resources.

Women’s Health Fair – Palmyra

On Saturday, May 24, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., the Palmyra Community Center is hosting their annual Women’s Health Fair! This event offers wellness screenings, expert advice, local vendors, and self-care resources available for all in the community.

Get Fit Bergen – North Arlington

Running every Wednesday, starting in June, Bergen County’s wellness initiatives, this program encourages community fitness through organized activities in Riverside County Park!

Healing Hikes – YWCA Northern New Jersey 

Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., kick off the summer with a healing hike aimed at promoting mental and physical wellness hosted by the YWCA. More details about the event will be announced closer to the date.

These events provide excellent opportunities for New Jersey residents to engage with health professionals, access valuable resources, and participate in activities that promote overall well-being.
